In her previous role at Chase Merchant Services (formerly Chase Paymentech), Touma established herself as a top performer responsible for managing a large portfolio of payment products and services. During her 10-year tenure at Paymentech, she became well-known as a knowledgeable product and industry expert who aggressively drove market penetration and worked closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design customized client solutions and adoption plans. At GIACT, Touma will oversee customer alliances, reseller partnerships, and will work with GIACT's product team on developing new product strategy and building market awareness.
