(Dallas, Texas - July 14, 2016) GIACT Systems, the payment risk management leader, has hired Dave Foster as its Chief Financial Officer. Foster comes to GIACT with extensive experience in banking, financial services technology, and retail and donor organizations.

"Dave is an accomplished financial executive who will help drive revenue and manage cost structures as GIACT continues to expand," said Melissa Brown, co-founder and CEO of GIACT. “Having worked in banking and for organizations that provide technology solutions to the financial industry, Dave has the background and strategic insight necessary to develop and lead the teams we need to support GIACT's rapid growth."

"GIACT is already a success story, as evidenced by its recent recognition in the 2016 Tech Titans Awards competition," said Foster. "I look forward to helping the organization reach the next level as it continues to introduce unique solutions that mitigate payment risk and fraud."

Prior to joining GIACT, Foster held senior leadership positions at US Bank, Northern Trust, Wells Fargo, Siemens, Fiserv, and most recently with Goodwill of Central Texas.

Foster has been active in various community organizations, including serving as a board member and treasurer for the Frisco Education Foundation and a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
